Hello! My name is Michel Brissette. I am originally from the Timmins area, but made Ottawa my home 23 years ago . I am a proud Dad & Grandpa! I have 4 wonderful children and 2 adorable grandchildren, as well as a supportive, extended family with my amazing girlfriend.

I have been selling homes since the age of 23 and I love what I do! I am a real people person and I enjoy helping others. I like to bring a positive influence and energy into the lives of everyone that I meet.

Buying a home can be exciting and nerve racking at the same time. I’m here to help make my clients real estate experience as stress-free as possible. I work hard to find the right home, secure that purchase and guide my home buyers through all the steps along the way. My satisfaction comes from the smile on my clients’ faces.

Selling a home is often an exciting venture, especially in this market. My reward is seeing that satisfaction after I help them get the best price for their home. There are times when selling a home is emotional for the seller, for example, a loss of a family member, a divorce, financial hardships, or selling for health reasons. In those instances, I do my best for everyone involved to help them get through the process as painlessly as possible. I provide recommendations, backed up by facts. I remain professional and focus on getting the best results. I am here to help – a trusted, neutral advocate. My satisfaction comes from doing the best for my home sellers, with their best interests at heart, and them being excited that they chose the right REALTOR® to represent them.

Bottom line, no matter what the situation, I like making others happy and making the best of the situation. I am very optimistic and positive.

Being involved in over 1,500 real estate transactions to date, I have the knowledge and the negotiating experience to give my clients that edge.

The drive I had during my time as a competitive hockey goalie, high level performance track running and competitive soccer player is the same level of commitment and teamwork that I bring to my clients. 

I have continued this love of sport and fitness which I believe, brings good health and positivity to my life and the work that I do in real estate.

Hello!  My name is Sandi Shaw, and I joined the Team Brissette real estate family in December 2020.  I am your Client Care Specialist.  I bring with me many years of administrative and customer service expertise.  I have a great deal of volunteer experience – Girl Guides of Canada, Neighbourhood Watch, working with children and seniors, and more.  I have lived in the Ottawa area (Stittsville/Kanata/Lincoln Heights/Rockland/Orleans) and my family is spread out all over the Ottawa and surrounding areas.

I’ve worked in the inside sales and marketing spaces for 3 decades, holding an executive business administration diploma, coaching certification, and general insurance plus life insurance licences formerly. I’m forward thinking, passionate about everything digital incl. content creation, everything psychology, and continued education is fun for me. I absolutely love taking photos, being creative with video, writing, and graphic design. It’s important in my life to have a career that is in harmony with the values of intelligence, creativity, connection, inspiration, and choices. I have the ‘intrapreneur’ mindset as an employee who channels creativity and innovation.
